We offer ready to use templates that can be downloaded and used once only by the buyer alone. Users cannot share the template or resell it to anyone in any way for monetary consideration or for free. For the convenience of users we make available the templates on our site and access is provided upon making payment.  Please read this policy before you purchase a template from our site.

It must be clearly understood that users should select the right template from the list and then make payment, clearly stating the template towards which payment is being made. Once we receive the full payment in our account we will grant permission to user to access the secure download page and the document requested.

In case you have chosen a template and have paid for it but you are unable to access the download page and the document on our site or are unable to download it then please email us. We will check and verify. If this is the case then we will send the template through email. Once we send it we assume you have received it and we will not entertain any complaints about non-receipt. Please note that the template will be emailed only to your email address registered with us and not to any other address. We may make alternative arrangements such as granting access to the document on Google Drive.

Return/Refund:

Please note that once you make a choice and have made a payment there will be no refunds or replacements. If we find a complaint is genuine and that it is our error to have given access to the wrong template document then we will rectify this error. In case of any issue on our side, we will refund the amount within 7 working days. You need to send a refund request to:
